Alvin O’Neil King is a suspected predator involved in the Long Beach, California investigation of To Catch a Predator. He is mostly known for his bizarre foot fetishism, being obsessed to the point of having a website dedicated to it.

Alvin, twenty-eight at the time, was the owner and administrator of a foot fetish site called hottbarefootwomen.com. He started chatting with “Samantha”, a girl he believed to be thirteen. He was at first worried that the girl was law enforcement because he was a TCaP watcher. However, two minutes later, he asked the girl if she gave oral sex. He would express a desire to play out his foot fetish with the decoy as well as have oral sex.[1]

He was too scared to meet at the house, but agreed to meet at a nearby park where he was arrested, not getting a chance to be confronted by Chris Hansen. He escaped jail time, getting three years probation, 60 hours of community service, and lifetime sex offender status.[2]
